How do I place an order?
To place an order:
Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
You can choose to process your purchase via our website's payment gateway or through PayPal.
If you wish to proceed via our website's payment gateway, click the green "Checkout" button located on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to proceed via PayPal, click the PayPal button.
You will be redirected to our Customer Information page. You will be asked to enter:
Email address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field located on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click the "Apply" button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Continue to Shipping Method" button. Please ensure you have correctly entered the delivery address (if it differs from your billing address). Once this is done, click "Continue on to Payment Method."
You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
Once you have completed the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen showing an order summary and on-screen confirmation, and a confirmation will also be sent to your email.

What should I do if items are missing or I receive incorrect products in my order?
If items are missing or products were sent in error, please contact us at service@igneiubjus.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (Order No.) and submit proof (image file size must be under 1 MB). We will gladly resend the correct item at no extra cost, and we won't ask you to return the item received in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
I would like to change the items I ordered. What should I do?
You may modify your order until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the day the order was placed. Please contact us at service@igneiubjus.com to request a change.
How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:
Go to the product page for the item you are interested in and select your preferences for that item. Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will redirect you to your "Shopping Cart" page.
Enter the quantity you wish to order in the "Quantity" field next to the product image. Once the quantity is entered, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How do I view the contents of my shopping cart?
To view your cart contents, click the cart icon at the top of the webpage. Clicking this icon allows you to easily change the quantity of any item in your cart by updating the number shown. You can also remove items from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link located below the listed quantity.
How do I remove items from my cart?
First, click the "Cart" icon in the top-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item you wish to remove, click the "Remove" link located below the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and refresh the page to reflect the changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?
First, click the "Cart" icon located in the top-right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities selected for each. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, place your cursor in the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired amount. Once you do this, the quantity and the associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update to reflect the correct figures regarding the cost, on the right side of your screen.
